Our Wind Down Checklist

We all know how important sleep and having time and space to recharge is to allow us to be the best version of ourselves. A wind down routine should be just as important to you as your daily routine. A wind down routine essentially helps you to relax before bed, improving your sleep but also your overall mindset.
There's a few things that will improve your wind down routine - write your to-do list & check your diary for the following day before you finish work, set any alarms or reminders you need to then put all things to do with 'work' away
We suggest going for a walk in the fresh air before dinner to start your wind down routine & to transition you from professional life into personal life. If there’s something you can do that takes 5 minutes before you start your wind down routine, get it done, prep lunch, your gym clothes, tomorrows outfit & pack your bag. Make your bed in the morning to create an inviting space for the night and try and make your bedroom a space for down time and not work or eating!
WIND DOWN CHECKLIST:
Prepare: Set any alarms you need to wake up in the a.m
Switch off: Avoid social media & spend quality time with loved ones or just focus on yourself & have some 'me time'
Nourish: Drink a nice tea, a sleep tonic or a glass of water
Relax: Read, watch or listen - whichever helps you relax and disconnect from the day
Reflect: Meditate, journal or simply think of 3 things you are grateful for
Disconnect: Use sleep music, essential oils or even a fan to help you drift to sleep
