Please note, we cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been personalised using our monogramming feature. If there are any issue with your purchase, please reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org
AN ORGANISED LIFE offers returns for change of mind on all orders*, however the following exclusions and requirements apply:
*EXCLUSIONS (only eligible for return if faulty or damaged)
• Sale items, items purchased on sale or using a discount code (including any sale promotional code, birthday code or flash sale code)
• Customised Items, items that have been monogrammed / personalised.
Stationery should not be used, or have any fold marks on it. All returns need to be in their original condition and packaging.
Please ensure your return is valid, by reviewing our return policy above, before proceeding.
1 Contact AN ORGANISED LIFE customer service (email@example.com) within 7 days of receiving your order.
2 Please specify your name, order number and item/s to be returned (please check that your order is eligible - via our 'Returns Policy').
3 Once you have emailed and if eligible, you will receive further instructions and a return address.
5 Within 7 days of contacting the customer service team return the item/s via trackable/secure postage to the address provided.
6 Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by AN ORGANISED LIFE, and will not be included in your refund.
7 If we do cover the cost of return shipment, it will be deducted from the refund total.
8 AN ORGANISED LIFE will review the return and if eligible (meets the return policy per category requirements below), your refund or exchange will be processed.
9 Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed, pending payment method/ financial institution.
Returns outside of this period are at the discretion of AN ORGANISED LIFE and we reserve the right to deny unauthorised returns, that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Exchanges are subject to item availability. We cannot guarantee item availability, but will make all reasonable attempts to secure the exchange item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to AN ORGANISED LIFE, but will not be required to cover shipping costs of the new item.
Refunds will be processed via original payment method only (unless store credit is requested) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). Any conversion loss will not be covered within the refund process. Store credit for returns/exchanges will be valid for 12 months from date of return, and cannot be used in conjunction with other store credit. The store credit is valid for a one time use only. Please note: AN ORGANISED LIFE does not refund any initial shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes (these are not included in our prices). We will not process refunds for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery to AN ORGANISED LIFE.
For all faulty or damaged items, AN ORGANISED LIFE offers repairs, replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, water damage or incorrect use/abuse, are not considered to be faulty or damaged.
