E-commerce Fulfilment & Customer Service Assistant/s Needed

 

Hours:

Up to 30 hours per week. Available across 2-3 days. Ideally Monday, Wednesday, Friday

 

Term:

Casual 4 Month contract from 4th October 2021 - 4th February 2022 with the opportunity to extend.

The label currently offers a curated selection of minimalistic stationery products including calendars, diaries, notebooks, & downloadable essentials that are stocked at over 50 stores across Australia, New Zealand & the US. 

 

About The Role:

We are looking for x2 casual E-commerce Fulfilment and Customer Service Assistants to work alongside the Online Coordinator in our Rosebery head office. This is an exciting opportunity to join our tight knit team of 3 in our next phase of growth. Interviews will take place from W/C 13th September. The role will include

 

  • Processing and fulfilment of online Shopify orders

  • Monogramming online orders 

  • Assisting with inventory management including stocktake and supplier orders. 

  • Providing exceptional online customer service to our AOL customers

 

About You:

  • You have excellent communication skills 

  • You make the best effort to ensure a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • You have a great work ethic and a positive attitude 

  • You are reliable 

  • Experience with Shopify is a bonus
