PAYMENT:

Can I pay by Bank Deposit?

Yes you can! To pay by direct bank deposit you'll need to email us directly at beck@anorganisedlife.com from there we will invoice you and send you the appropriate payment details. 

Can I pay using a credit card?

Yes! All prices are in AUD or USD depending where you are located. We use Stripe, & PayPal as our secure payment gateway for processing credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe, American Express are all accepted payment methods. 

Can I pay in my own currency?

Our beautiful customers are growing, that's YOU! We've updated the website with dedicated currency pages (AUD and USD for now) so you can shop in your own currency! We hope this makes for a more seamless shopping experience however we are only an email away at hello@anorganisedlife.com should you have any questions. We will continue to add more currency options over the coming months.

Who designs the An Organised Life product?

All the An Organised Life products are designed by our founder Beck Wadworth.

Where is An Organised Life Stationery produced?

Our products are made mainly in China however some are made in Australia. 

Is your leather real leather?

No we always use leather look (vegan leather) never real leather. This is a conscious choice on our behalf and the quality is still amazing and very durable.

How to clean your vegan leather cover?

For any small marks we recommend using warm water with eco friendly soap and rubbing in gentle circular motions with a microfibre cloth.

What are you products packaged in?

Your products will arrive in one of our signature AOL black boxes or envelopes. Some products also come in biodegrade shrink wrap for protection. To protect it on it's journey you can also expect your online order to arrive in either a brown paper courier satchel from the incredible Paper Pak company or a brown cardboard box both of which are recyclable.
