4 Quick Steps To Manifest Success

GUEST EDITOR: Jaharn Giles from Your Creative Start
I first heard about manifesting success four years ago when I was talking to a friend about her creative business. I was equally surprised and intrigued by her experiences as I had no idea her successes were attributed to her ability to manifest a goal into reality. A million questions popped up in my mind, and I knew I had to delve deeper into this newly discovered business tool.
Fast forward to today and I have come to learn that the mind has an astonishing power to achieve much of what we yearn, imagine and dream for ourselves. The best part? Anyone can do it. That’s right. Anyone. All you need is a strong vision and the belief you can do it, as well as the commitment to see it through to the end, no matter what life throws across your path.
Now before you dive right in, you need to know that along your manifesting journey, you will come across many challenges and obstacles. And you certainly won’t be a stranger to self-doubt. However, being able to beat these bumps along the road to success using sheer perseverance, utter resilience, and that ‘never giving up’ mentality will get you there. But one thing you absolutely need is this: you have to really, really want it. The more you want something, the harder you’ll work for it, and the more success you will achieve. If you’re willing and ready to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into the grunt work, read on to find out how you can manifest success in four easy steps.
Step One: Define what you (really, really) want
Write down everything you want to accomplish this year. Read and evaluate those goals, break them down and get more specific. Even categorise them by what months you want to achieve those goals. Write those goals you’ve defined on a whiteboard and put the whiteboard in a place where you’ll see it every single day. By doing this, you’re defining exactly what you want and placing yourself in the right direction towards manifesting success.
(Note: Founder, Beck Wadworth is working her magic on a new Goal Planner that will be launching any day too. The Goal Planner will be able to help you really nail this step!)
Step Two: Visualise, visualise, visualise
If you work from home, your whiteboard or pin-board should be in your space of work so you are seeing, reading and visualising your goals all day, every day. If you work from somewhere else, put your board in your bedroom so it’s the first thing you see when you wake up and the last thing you see when you go to bed. Also, spend five minutes visualising what it is you really want when you wake up and before you go to sleep. Ask yourself, what does it look like? How do I feel? What am I doing? Am I excited and motivated? The key here is to visualise as though your goal has already happened because manifesting is about the destination, not the journey. Also, create a mood board filled with imagery and key words, and put this in the same space. Look at it in detail every day, and visualise the destination.
Step Three: Take action
If you don’t do the work, if you don’t tell people, if you don’t create mood boards, if you don’t visualise your destination and if you don’t throw it out into the universe – it won’t happen. You need to take action - every single day. Manifesting doesn’t happen overnight and it sure as hell doesn’t happen if you sit on your butt doing nothing. You need to constantly think about it, and without a doubt, write daily reminders in your diary so you are consistently manifesting success.
Step Four: Enjoy the process
To manifest success, you need to enjoy the process. Be positive and thankful for all of the milestones, obstacles and challenges along the way. Manifesting has no time for uncertainty; you will need tunnel vision and a strong resolve to manifest success. Pay attention to the signs around you and always work hard at believing and living your beliefs. Ignore any lingering feelings of self-doubt, no matter how uncomfortable they make you feel, and crush them by creating a positive mantra. Then look back at your goals every three months to see what you’ve manifested and achieved. If you need to make changes or things have changed, which is certainly going to happen, this is the perfect time to reassess, update your goals and keep pushing to manifest success.
