Each order will arrive packaged with a postcard and a sticker detailing the customisation process.

How long does it take for my monogrammed order to be completed?

All customisation orders are sent out of our Sydney based warehouse every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be completed during peak season (December and January) and 2 working days for non peak periods.
