WORKSPACE TOUR: Maude Pion of @llesdeux

Maude Pion is the creative behind @llesdeux, she showed us inside her home office in Quebec, Canada and gave us insight into how she organises her life, what inspires her and what she’s most looking forward to in the future.

Occupation?
I’m a paralegal by day in energy law, I also create content for amazing clients. My niche really goes anywhere from food to home decor and fashion. I’m super versatile so I have clients in different types of industries, which is fun.
Plain or Lined paper?
I always opted for lined but I wanted to explore using plain with my latest notebook.
Top 3 ways you organise your life?
Always keep your agenda up to date. Time management is also a key for an entrepreneur (don’t take on more than you should). What also helps me to stay organised is to plan one day off. It may sound contradictory but you need a day off in order to free your mind from the work stuff. The next day, you come back refreshed and ready to attack the week and be organised.
Must have desk essentials?
A good candle, your favourite book and your planner.
What do you love most about your office space?
I love how my work space is minimal but really zen.
What inspires you & your work?
I’m actually inspired by tons of elements. When I travel, when I look at Pinterest, when I walk in nature. I’m amazed by the little things in life (the sunset, the smile of my dog, flowers) so it really helps to keep my mind inspired.
What are your goals for the next 12 months / what are you most looking forward to?
Now that I'm pregnant I just can’t wait to meet our little girl and dedicate my time to raising her. The past months have been really eye opening on how I need to manage stress and put limits depending on my capacity. That being said, my goal for the next 12 months is to clearly respect my boundaries and keep doing the work that really inspires me.
