This feature was designed so that you can make sure you give yourself direction each week in what ever area of your life & goals are most important & relevant that week. Sometimes the focus might be very simple, or it could be the starting point to kick a habit & other weeks it might be a BIG focus or goal that will mean you tick off a major goal.
