Can I pay by Bank Deposit?

Yes you can! To pay by direct bank deposit you'll need to email us directly at beck@anorganisedlife.com

Can I pay using a credit card?

Yes! All prices are in Australian Dollars. We use Stripe & PayPal as our secure payment gateway for processing credit cards.

Please note: All prices are GST inclusive

 

SHIPPING:

Do you ship internationally?

We definitely do. We love seeing our products sent over to other countries. We use Express International via Australia Post for all our international orders.

How much is shipping?

Shipping varies depending on your location, postage service & products ordered. 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

Free Shipping when you spend $40.00 or over

Parcel Post $5.95 // 1-5 working days

Express Post $8.00 // 1-2 working days

NEW ZEALAND

Express International $10.00 // 3-10 working days

INTERNATIONAL

Express International $20.00 // 3-10 working days

When will I receive my order?

Orders take 1-2 working days to be packed and shipped from our Sydney HQ. You will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped. You can expect your order to take:

Australia:  Parcel Post: 1-5 working days / Express Post: 1-2 working days

NZ & International: 3-10 working days

Please note all orders are sent via Registered Post.

RETURNS:

Do you allow returns?

If you are not happy with your An Organised Life purchase, please email beck@anorganisedlife.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.
